Change or Cancel Subscription
To update your payment method, we need to cancel the auto-renewal profile tied to your subscription plan.
Please fill out this Change form to cancel your auto-renewal profile. NOTE: Your LiveBinders account will still be active.
Once it is canceled, you’ll receive an email confirmation. You can then resubscribe with your new payment information by logging into your LiveBinders account and going to the Upgrade page.
LiveBinders does not have access to any of your credit card information, and we cannot accept credit card payments over the phone.
