Embedding LiveBinders into our project website helped to solve three of our biggest challenges: organizing our resources in a way that made sense to our audience, sharing updated resources in a timely manner, and reducing paper waste during professional development sessions. Instead of navigating through a maze of webpages to find items of interest, our visitors can type keywords into the LiveBinder search widget and are instantly connected to a list of the most relevant files, without the visual distractions that come with typical search engines. The shelves, binders, and tabs make it easy for our audience to get a sense of the range of resources that are available on any one topic, and instant updates makes it easy to connect our stakeholders with the most up-to-date versions of our materials. The LiveBinder team worked closely with our staff to help them learn how to use the service, and continues to provide timely support whenever it’s needed.
