Explore news stories, court cases, curricula, school improvement plans, district policies, and laws (e.g., mandated reporting) that describe the teacher���s role in promoting a learning environment and classroom culture to effectively address abuse, bullying, neglect, and harassment. Candidates will develop an action plan that describes: 1) rights and responsibilities of stakeholders, 2) proactive classroom and school strategies, and 3) restorative practices for addressing issues as they arise.
