Welcome to my livebinder! My name is Joseph Bernard Bastida and I am a cadet of the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA). I am excited to share with you my experiences, reflections, and inspirations as I pursue my dreams of serving the community as a public servant. As a cadet of the PNPA, I am committed to upholding the values of integrity, courage, and service to others. I believe that being a public servant is not just a job, but a calling to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
