With the outmost effort of the Beloved Director PNPA PMGen Erick Escosio Noble, he established a never been done seminar inside the Philippine National Police Academy and that is the CMO. Civil-Military Operations (CMO) is a military strategy that aims to win the support of local populations in areas where military operations are taking place. It is a crucial aspect of counterinsurgency and stability operations, and it involves a wide range of activities such as humanitarian assistance, reconstruction, and development, as well as information operations and psychological operations. The goal of CMO is to gain the support of the local population, build trust, and create a stable environment that allows the military to achieve its objectives while minimizing the negative impact on civilians. Additionally, CMO helps military forces to understand the environment and culture of the local population, which is essential for effective operations. all of it which is also can be applied to Police operation or rather the Law Enforcement. Without the Director's effort our unseen skills and knowledge will be left off in vain and will never be discovered. Thankyou for the opportunity and we will make sure to use this for the benefit of our country especially to our PNP.

4 days ELP before CAP
Before the Big event which is the Cadet Attachment Program(CAP), the Director, PNPA make a package from a package, an elite learning system in order to prepare us all before leaving the academy for CAP and leaving the academy after graduation. This program is once in a lifetime opportunity to learn from very rare subject matter expert and we really appreciate the effort of the Director, we give huge gratitude for all his doing for our class. Inside are the reflection papers made about the Topics tackled during 4 days Enhanced Leadership Package before the conduct of Cadet Attachment Program.
