Types of Bonds
An investor makes a debt to the government through the purchase of a bond, which the government then uses to borrow money from lenders and return it to bondholders over a certain time period. There are two types of bonds and they’re Government Securities and Corporate Bonds and Debenture. There are several bond characteristics to bear in mind and they’re redemption value, par value, coupon rate, and date of maturity.
