Transition: What Works Showcase! 2019
This one-day event will showcase how Evidence-Based Practices and Predictors are being implemented across the region to promote successful Education, Employment, and Independent Living outcomes for students with disabilities. Participants will hear from local educators and providers about strategies they have utilized in practical and meaningful ways. There will be opportunities for networking and for each participant to develop a plan for implementing an Evidence-Based strategy in his/her work with students.
