Special Education Resource Notebook
The purpose of this binder is to provide resources to the families and teachers of individuals with disabilities. These individuals can be any age and it is not specific to one disability or one specific location. There are 5 different topics: Family Systems Issues, Resources for Families, Communicating with Families, Communicating with other Professionals, and Assistive Technologies. Under each of these topics there are 5 links that pertain to the topic to help offer assistance. These resources can be utilized by any family member or teacher that works with an individual with a disability. For example, a parent may use these resources to find support groups and a teacher might use this to find out effective ways to communicate with other teachers or the families.

Special Education Resource Notebook
This binder is focused toward elementary level special educators and families of children with autism. This notebook is essential for all educators and parents nationwide and should be used to help learn about and better communicate with children with autism. This binder also has helpful guides on how to effectively work with fellow professionals and parents of students with special needs. I intend to use this resource notebook in my future special education classroom.
