Enhancing the Learning Experience
Many practitioners see the advantages of "Flipped Learning Models" for their courses and/or CPD within their organisation. Especially those practitioners in Adult & Community Learning, Work Based Learning and those engaged with Distance Learning. I hear many of you saying to yourself, "Use the tools available on a VLE!" To be fair, there are still many learning providers who don't have a VLE, and those that do may not be able to identify or access those tools. So what other tools are out there to help practitioners... view their learners' work, comment on their work, assess their progress, assess learner understanding, see an individual learner's contribution to collaborative tasks, establish peer reviews, set and mark a range of assessments at the click of a button, gather stakeholder voice, respond to learner or group questions, ...and all this, both asynchronous and/or synchronous, at any time, any place, anywhere. (24/7 -365 days).
