LEGEND GT PROJECT
After studying Chinese legends and culture through the book, A BANQUET FOR HUNGRY GHOSTS, students will write their own legend that incorporates an American recipe and aspect of American culture. Students will not only creatively write a unique legend, but they will also research and write an informative text of the American cultural practice and write a recipe of how to make the food item also included in their legend.

GT Classwork
Here you will find files for our classwork throughout the year. While we are virtual, classwork will qualify as work that is to be turned in the same day it is assigned. As time passes, files from this binder will be transferred to our 'homework' binder. If you do not complete the assignment before the file is moved, you may work on it as homework for a late grade.
