I have been an educator for 28 years and have watched the role of leadership change from a focus on the management of schools to one of instructional leadership. Though the role of educational leadership is multifaceted, it is the ability to directly impact instruction and learning that inspires me to pursue a leadership position.
It is my goal to work in a position where I can positively impact student outcomes, promote a climate of trust, inspire a growth mindset, and cultivate a culture of life-long learners.
