The College and Career Readiness Standards at PGCC
In this binder, you will find the contents you need to read prior to the face-to-face workshops on April 19 at University Town Center. The hands-on workshop will allow participants to become familiar with the College and Career Readiness Standards. The online readings (2.5 hrs) offer detailed information on how teachers go about identifying skills and tools to apply these standards in adult education. While using Bloom���s Taxonomy, teachers will develop targeted lessons/activities that can help promote the skills students need to succeed in higher education in the United States. Moreover, the hands-on workshop will allow teachers to work together in the "unpacking��� of the CCR Standards.
