The Garrett Lee Smith (GLS) Youth Suicide Prevention Grant team has promoted the use of the Zero Suicide framework to help improve continuity of care for youth at risk of suicide. This community of practice assists organizations and counties wishing to learn about and implement Zero Suicide.
