This English Learner (EL) Resource Binder is a collection of research-based resources, instructional strategies, technology tools, and professional learning materials designed to support educators working with multilingual learners in grades K–12. The binder includes information on English Language Proficiency (ELP) standards, instructional models, literacy strategies, assessments, culturally responsive teaching, family engagement, and educational technology. The purpose of this binder is to provide teachers with practical, easy-to-access resources that promote language development, academic success, and equitable learning opportunities for English learners. This binder will continue to grow as additional resources and best practices are added throughout my teaching career.
