This resource binder was created to help general education and special education teachers better support autistic students in ICT classrooms. As a Horizon teacher, I see how important structure, collaboration, and inclusive teaching practices are for helping students feel successful and included in school. This toolbox includes co-teaching strategies, sensory and communication supports, ready-to-use classroom resources for inclusive settings, and a personal reflection connected to inclusive practices and disability studies. Throughout this project, I will also be using outside resources, research articles, and course materials, which will be included in the References tab. The goal of this project is to provide practical strategies that help co-teachers create classrooms where autistic students feel supported, included, and able to fully participate in learning.
